Amend HB 3521 as follows:
      (1)  Immediately before SECTION 1 of the bill (Senate
committee report, page 1, between lines 10 and 11) insert a new
SECTION 1 of the bill to read as follows:
      SECTION 1.  This Act may be known as the Troy Blando Motor
Vehicle Theft Prevention Act of 1999.
      (2)  Renumber subsequent sections of the bill
appropriately.
