Amend HB 3598 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Section 11.391(c),
Alcoholic Beverage Code (Committee Printing page 2, line 4), strike
"or 21" and substitute "21, 22, 23, 24, or 52".
      (2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in Section 61.381, Alcoholic
Beverage Code (Committee Printing page 3, line 15), strike "or 66"
and substitute "66, or 71".
