Amend HB 3778 (Senate Committee Printing) as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1, page 1, line 32, strike "and".
      (2)  In SECTION 1, page 1, line 35, strike the period and
insert "; and" after "child".
      (3)  In SECTION 1, page 1, after line 35, insert a new
subsection (4) as follows:
            (4)  provide assistance to the Texas Department of
Health to insure that recipients of appropriated funds are in
compliance with the requirement to report cases of abuse under
Section 261.101.
