      Amend CSSB 4 as follows:
      1) Strike line 17 on page 32 and substitute the following:
            (2) any amount approved by the voters in the district;
<the rate of $0.08 per $100 of taxable value;> and
      2) Strike line 16 on page 33 and substitute the following:
            (2) any amount approved by the voters in the district;
and
      3) Strike line 10 on page 34 and substitute the following:
            (2) any amount approved by the voters in the district;
