      Amend CSSB 4 as follows:
      In SECTION 2.09 of the bill (House Committee Printing), amend
Section 39.051(b) on page 49, line 15, by inserting the following
after "subchapter;" and renumbering the subsequent sections
accordingly:
            "(10) any disparity between economically disadvantaged
students and all other students in
                  (A)  performance on assessment instruments
administered under Subchapter B, Chapter 39; and
                  (B)  the rates of high school completion or
receipt of a high school equivalency certificate; and"
