Amend the Burnam Amendment to CSSB 4 (on page 248 of the
packet), as follows:
      (1)  Strike the introductory language and substitute the
following:
      In SECTION  2.09 of the bill, in amended Section 39.051(b),
Education Code (House Committee Report, page 49, lines 15 and 16),
strike amended Subdivision (10) and substitute the following:
      (2)  Strike lines 1 through 6 of the amendment and substitute
the following:
            (10) <9> any other indicator the agency <State Board of
Education> adopts
