Amend the Walker Amendment (page 96) to CSSB 4 by striking
lines 1-2 and substituting the following:
      "Amend CSSB 4 by adding the following appropriately numbered
SECTION  and renumbering the remaining SECTIONS of the bill
appropriately:"
