Amend the Nixon Amendment No. 74 to CSSB 4 (on page 227 of
the packet) as follows:
      (1)  In added Section 33.086(d), Education Code (page 2, line
5), strike "3A" and substitute "2A".
      (2)  In added Section 33.086(f)(4), Education Code (page 2,
lines 17), after "location;", insert "and".
      (3)  Strike Section 33.086(f)(5) and (6), Education Code
(page 2, lines 18 and 19), and substitute the following:
            (5)  have an enrollment of not less than 300 students.
