Amend Floor Amendment No. 38 to CSSB 7 as follows:
      (1)  On line 5, insert after "customers" and before "on" the
words "by way of notice published in a general circulation
newspaper or by mail".
      (2)  On line 12, insert after "customers" and before "on" the
words "by way of notice published in a general circulation
newspaper or by mail".
