Amend SB 46 in SECTION 1 of the bill, following Subsection
(d) in added Section 32.51, Penal Code (introduced version, page 2,
between lines 15 and 16), by inserting the following:
      (e)  If conduct that constitutes an offense under this
section also constitutes an offense under any other law, the actor
may be prosecuted under this section or the other law.
