Amend the Bosse amendment to CSSB 89 by striking Section
43.056(b) (5), Local Government Code (Bosse Amendment page 4, lines
5-7) and substitute the following:
      (5)  the extension of the municipality's existing central
water and wastewater systems and the operation and maintenance of
those systems if the municipality has zoning regulations
<maintenance of water and wastewater facilities in the annexed area
that are not within the service area of another water or wastewater
utility>:
