Amend CSSB 89 in SECTION 4 of the bill, in Section 43.052,
Local Government Code (Committee Printing, page 7, between lines 9
and 10), by adding Subsection (i) to read as follows:
      (i)  A municipality shall post its annexation plan and any
amendments to the plan on the municipality's Internet website if
the municipality has an Internet website.
