Amend SB 89, on third reading, in Section 43.052(h), Local
Government Code, as amended by the 2nd reading amendments by Bosse
and Hawley, by striking "the area is the subject of an industrial
district contract under Section 42.004 or a strategic partnership
agreement under Section 43.0751" and substituting the following:
"the area is or was the subject of:
                  (A)  an industrial district contract under
Section 42.004;
                  (B)  a strategic partnership agreement under
Section 43.0751; or
