Amend CSSB 89 in SECTION 2 of the bill, by striking Sections
43.002(c)(5) and (6), Local Government Code (Committee Printing
page 1, lines 59-61), and substituting the following:
            (5)  a regulation relating to the storage and use of
hazardous substances;
            (6)  a regulation relating to the sale and use of
fireworks; or
            (7)  a regulation relating to the discharge of
firearms.
