Amend CSSB 89 in SECTION 7 of the bill, at the end of Section
43.0561(b), Local Government Code (Committee Printing page 8, line
8), by inserting the following:
If a suitable site is not reasonably available in the area proposed
for annexation, the hearing may be held outside the area proposed
for  annexation if the hearing is held in the nearest suitable
public facility.
