Amend CSSB 89 in SECTION 7 of the bill, at the end of Section
43.0562(c), Local Government Code (Committee Printing page 8, line
37), by inserting the following:
If more than one municipal utility district is located in the area
proposed for annexation, the governing boards of the districts may
jointly select five representatives to negotiate with the
municipality on behalf of all the affected districts.
