Amend CSSB 93 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section
247.029(c), Health and Safety Code (committee printing, page 6,
between lines 44 and 45), insert the following:
            "(1)  an associate's degree from a public or private
institution of higher education in nursing, health care management,
or a related field;".
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section
247.029(c), Health and Safety Code (committee printing, page 6,
line 45), strike "(1)" and substitute "(2)".
      (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section
247.029(c), Health and Safety Code (committee printing, page 6,
line 48), strike "(2)" and substitute "(3)".
