Amend SB 94 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 8 of the bill, in added Section
142.0094(b)(1), Health and Safety Code (Engrossed version, page 17,
line 7), strike "apply to the admissibility as evidence" and
substitute "bar the admission into evidence".
      (2)  In SECTION 8 of the bill, in added Section
142.0094(b)(2), Health and Safety Code (Engrossed version, page 17,
line 19), strike  "apply to the admissibility as evidence" and
substitute "bar the admission into evidence".
