Amend CSSB 95 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 3 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 1,
line 56), between "Government Code," and "shall develop", insert
"and with the participation of consumers of relevant services,".
      (2)  In SECTION 5 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 2,
line 41), between "Board," and "shall review", insert "and with the
participation of consumers of relevant services,".
      (3)  In SECTION 6 of the bill (Committee Printing, page 2,
line 50), immediately before "shall study", insert "and with the
participation of consumers of relevant services,".
