Amend SB 97 in SECTION 1 of the bill, added Section 4(b),
Article 3.50-2A, Insurance Code, as follows:
      (1)  At the end of Subdivision (7), strike "and".
      (2)  At the end of Subdivision (8), strike "." and substitute
"; and".
      (3)  After Subdivision (8), add the following:
            (9)  members of the National Guard and their spouses,
children, parents, and spouses' parents.
