Amend CSSB 229 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike the introductory
language (Committee Printing page 1, lines 13-15) and substitute
the following:
      SECTION 1.  Section 51.921, Government Code, is amended by
amending Subsections (a) and (c) and adding Subsection (f) to read
as follows:
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike amended Section
51.921(d), Government Code (Committee Printing page 1, lines
34-43).
