Amend SB 262 as follows:
      (1)  On page 3, line 6, insert the following after "all":
"estimated".
      (2)  On page 3, line 8, insert the following between"," and
"including": "determined to be owed,".
      (3)  On page 3, line 9, insert the following between
"developer" and "as": within five days of final determination in
immediately available funds".
