Amend SB 262 as follows:  on page 1, lines 48 through 51,
strike SECTION 2 and substitute the following SECTION 2:
      SECTION 2.  The changes in law made by this Act in amending
Subsection (a) and adding Subsection (d), Section 43.0715, Local
Government Code, apply to any sum that is delinquent on the
effective date of this Act.
