Amend CSSB 287 (House Committee Report) in SECTION 1 of the
bill, amended Section 11.043(c), Parks and Wildlife Code (page 1,
line 18), before the period at the end of the first sentence of
that section, by inserting "and of public access roads to a park,
fishery, or wildlife project not owned by the state that have been
individually approved by the commission".
