Amend SB 358 (House Committee Report as amended on Second
Reading) in Section 533.0346 of the bill as follows:
      In subsection (a) of Section 533.0346 after "provided at the"
and before "Beaumont State Center" add "Amarillo State Center,"
      In Section 533.0346, add a new subsection (e) as follows:
      (e)  The Amarillo State Center is exempt from the
requirements listed in subsections (b) and (c) above.
