Amend CSSB 365 by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to
read as follows and by renumbering existing SECTIONS accordingly:
      SECTION ____.  Section 495.007, Government Code, is amended
to read as follows:
      Sec. 495.007.  LIMITATION.  The board may not enter into
contracts under this subchapter for more than 4,580 <4,080> beds.
