Amend CSSB 370 in SECTION 6 of the bill in Section
411.007(f), Government Code, as amended by the bill, between
"standard of review" and the period (page 9, line 11, house
committee printing), by inserting ", and the officer or employee
remains suspended without pay while the case is under judicial
review".
