Amend CSSB 370 by adding the following appropriately numbered
SECTION to the bill and renumbering existing SECTIONS of the bill
appropriately:
      SECTION _____.  Subchapter A, Chapter 411, Government Code,
is amended by adding Section 411.0074 to read as follows:
      Sec. 411.0074.  CODE OF CONDUCT.  The commission shall adopt
and publish a code of conduct for department officers that must
include rules of conduct relating to the prevention of verbal and
physical abuse of citizens by officers.
