Amend CSSB 370 by adding an appropriately numbered section to
read as follows:
      SECTION _____.  Subchapter A, Chapter 411, Government Code,
is amended by adding Section 411.0203 to read as follows:
      Sec. 411.0203.  CERTIFICATION IN USE OF COMPUTER VOICE STRESS
ANALYZERS.  The commission shall adopt guidelines for the
certification of peace officers in the use of voice stress
analyzers in official criminal investigations.
