Amend SB 370 by adding a new SECTION to the bill, appropriately
numbered, to read as follows, and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS
accordingly:
      SECTION ____.  Subchapter A, Chapter 411, Government Code, is
amended by adding Section 411.021 to read as follows:
      Sec. 411.021.  RACIAL PROFILING PROHIBITED. Peace officers of
the department may not use racial profiling in the enforcement of
the highway or traffic laws of this state.
