Amend CSSB 370 in SECTION 11 of the bill (page 20, line 18)
by inserting a new Section 411.244 as follows:
      "Sec. 411.244 STUDY OF SERVICES. The State Council on
Competitive Government shall study the oversight services described
in Sections 411.241, 411.242, and 411.243 to determine if those
services may be better provided by selecting the service providers
through competition with other state agencies providers of the
services or private commercial sources."
