Amend CSSB 370 as follows:
      (1)  Strike SECTION 26 of the bill and substitute the
following:
      SECTION 26. Section 548.501(a), Transportation Code, is
amended to read as follows:
      (a)  Except as provided by Sections 548.503 and 548.504, the
fee for inspection of a motor vehicle other than a moped is $12.50
<$10.50>. The fee for inspection of a moped is $5.75. The fee for a
verification form issued as required by Section 548.256 is $1.
      (2)  Strike SECTION 34(i) of the bill.
