Amend CSSB 370 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 7 of the bill, in the section heading of
added Section 411.0071, Government Code, strike "KEY POSITIONS" and
substitute "MANAGEMENT TEAM POSITIONS" (committee printing, page 4,
line 28).
      (2)  In SECTION 7 of the bill, in added Section 411.0071,
Government Code, strike all references to "key position" and
substitute "management team position" (committee printing, page 4,
lines 31-32, 34, 36, 37, 40, 42, and 44).
      (3)  In Subsection (c) of SECTION 21 of the bill, strike "key
position" and substitute "management team position" (committee
printing, page 11, line 2).
