Amend SB 371, in SECTION 1 of the bill, by striking proposed
Section 501.133(a)(4), Government Code (page 2, lines 1 through 5,
senate engrossment), and substituting the following:
      "(4)  three public members appointed by the governor who are
not affiliated with the department, at least one of whom is a
practicing physician in a rural area and one of whom is a rural
hospital administrator."
