Amend Committee Amendment No. 1 to SB 371, by striking the
amendment in its entirety and substituting the following as Section
501.133 (a) (4), Government Code:
      "(4) three public members appointed by the governor at least
two of whom are practicing physicians and one of whom is a hospital
administrator in a rural area.  At least one of the two physicians
appointed by the governor shall be a practicing physician in a
rural area."
