1.  Amend the committee report for SB 382 as follows:
      a)  In page 1, lines 28-9, strike "as a whole" and replace
with "as adopted".
      b)  In page 1, line 35, insert "which demonstrates a rational
connection between the factual basis for the rule and the rule as
adopted" between "adopted" and "; and".
      c)  In page 1, line 43, insert the following as new
subsection (4):
            "(4)  Nothing in this section shall be construed to
require additional analysis of alternatives not adopted by an
agency beyond that required by subdivision (1)(C) of this section
or to require the reasoned justification to be stated separately
from the statements required in subdivisions (1)(A), (B) and (C) of
this section."
      d)  In page 1, line 49, strike "Sections 2001.023 through
2001.034" and replace with "Sections 2001.0225 through 2001.034."
      e)  In page 1, line 52, strike "Sections 2001.023 through
2001.034" and replace with "Sections 2001.0225 through 2001.034."
      f)  In page 1, line 62, by striking subsection 3(a) of the
bill.
