Amend CSSB 405, committee report printing, by striking
Subdivision (2), Section 1, Article 3.51-4A, Insurance Code, as
added by SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1, lines 32-36, of the
committee report printing), and substituting the following:
            (2)  <provided further that> the amount of such
insurance on the life of the spouse or a child may <shall> not
exceed <one-half of> the amount of the insurance for which the
insured is eligible to be <on the life of the aforesaid> insured
under said policy.
