Amend CSSB 445 as follows:
      (1)  In Section 62.152(2), Health and Safety Code, as added
by SECTION 1 of the bill, strike "Section 62.155(c)" and substitute
"Section 62.155(b)" (page 14, line 3, house committee printing).
      (2)  In Section 62.155, Health and Safety Code, as added by
SECTION 1 of the bill, strike Subsection (b) (page 16, lines 18-24,
house committee printing).
      (3)  In Section 62.155, Health and Safety Code, as added by
SECTION 1 of the bill, reletter Subsection (c) as Subsection (b)
