Amend CSSB 445 in Section 62.155(e), Health and Safety Code,
as added by SECTION 1 of the bill, strike "that is participating in
the Medicaid managed care program" (page 17, lines 14-15, house
committee printing) and substitute the following:
      "that is:
            (1)  participating in the Medicaid managed care
program; or
            (2)  offering health benefit plan coverage through the
Texas Healthy Kids Corporation".
