Amend the Janek Amendment to CSSB 445 (Amending added Section
62.055, Health and Safety Code), in substituted Section 62.055,
(a), by striking "under the state child health plan. If" and
substituting "under the state child health plan, but only if the
commission, after conducting a readiness review of the corporation,
determines that the corporation and its contractors are able to
implement the child health plan on a statewide basis.
