Amend CSSB 445 as follows:
      (1) In Section 62.001, Health and Safety Code, as added by
SECTION 1, strike subdivision 62.001 (4) (page 1, line 17-20).
      (2) In Section 62.101, Health and Safety Code, as added by
SECTION 1, strike "10 percent of the family's net income;" (page 9,
lines 21-22) and insert "8 percent of the family's income;".
      (3) In Section 62.101, Health and Safety Code, as added by
SECTION 1, strike "net" (page 10, line 7).
