Amend SB 528 on third reading by amending the second reading
Alvarado amendment to SB 528, as amended by the Brimer amendment,
in proposed Section 106.16 (b) (5), Alcoholic Beverage Code, by
striking "fraternal organization or a veterans organization, as
defined by Section 32.11," and substituting "fraternal organization
or veterans organization, as defined by Section 32.11, or on the
premises of a labor organization as defined by Section 21.002,
Labor Code,".
