Amend the Dutton/Chavez amendment to CSSB 560 (page 21 of the
packet), by adding the following new items to read as follows:
      (5)  In Section 52.102, Utilities Code, as added by SECTION 9
of the bill (page 8, line 19), strike "AUTHORITY. (a) Except", and
substitute "AUTHORITY. Except".
      (6)  In Section 52.102, Utilities Code, added by SECTION 9 of
the bill (page 9, lines 12-13), strike Subsection (b).
      (7)  In Section 52.122, Utilities Code, as added by SECTION
12 of the bill (page 11, lines 3-6), strike Subsection (c).
