Amend CSSB 560 by adding the following appropriately numbered
SECTION and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
      SECTION ____.  (a)  Subchapter H, Chapter 55, Utilities Code,
is amended by adding Section 55.1775 to read as follows:
      Sec. 55.1775.  A provider shall equip the provider's pay
telephones so that each pay telephone is capable of making correct
change for a  customer who deposits an amount greater than the cost
of the customer's coin sent-paid call.
      (b)  This section takes effect September 1, 1999.
