Amend CSSB 598 as follows:
      CSSB 598 is amended by adding a new SECTION 4 as follows, and
renumbering all following SECTIONS appropriately:
      SECTION 4.  Chapter 108, Civil Practices and Remedies Code,
is amended by adding Section 108.004 to read as follows:
      Sec. 108.004.  COMPUTER DATE FAILURE.  Except in an action
arising under the constitution or laws of the United States, a
public servant is not personally liable for property damages caused
by a computer date failure as described by Section 147.003.
