Amend Committee Amendment No. 1 to SB 623 on page 1 by
striking lines 4 and 5 and substituting the following:
      (1)  In proposed Section 2306.514 (a)(1) Government Code page
1, line 16) strike (B) in its entirety and substitute the
following:
                  (B)  has at least a standard 36 inch door.
      Amend Committee Amendment NO. 1 page 1, line 7 by striking "a
standard 30-inch" and substituting "at least a standard 32 inch
door".
