Amend CSSB 656 as follows:
      (1)  Strike the introductory language in SECTION 1 of the
bill (committee printing, page 1, lines 13-14) and substitute the
following:
      SECTION 1.  Subchapter B, Chapter 431, Health and Safety
Code, is amended by adding Section 431.022 to read as follows:
      (2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike "Sec. 481.1365"
(committee printing, page 1, line 15) and substitute "Sec.
431.022".
      (3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in Subsection (a)(3), strike
the punctuation and language between "the product is" and the
period (committee printing page 1, lines 28-40) and substitute "a
drug".
