Amend SB 766 on third reading as follows:
      (1) In the recitation to Section 5 of the bill as amended on
second reading by Floor Amendment No. 6 by Kuempel, strike
"382.05185, 382.0519," and substitute "382.0519".
      (2) Strike Section 382.05185, Health and Safety Code, as
added on second reading by Floor Amendment No. 6 by Kuempel.
      (3) Strike Section 9 of the bill, repealing Section 382.0518
(h), as added on second reading by Floor Amendment No. 6 by
Kuempel.
