Amend SB 766 on third reading as follows:
      (1) In SECTION 5 of the bill, in proposed Section 382.05195,
Health and Safety Code (committee printing page 12, line 7), strike
the heading for that section and substitute "STANDARD PERMIT FOR
FACILITIES UNDER SECTION 382.0518 (g).'.
      (2) In Floor Amendment No. 8 adopted on second reading, at
the end of proposed Subsection (g) of Section 382.05195, Health and
Safety Code (page 1, between lines 24 and 25), add "The commission
by rule shall provide for public notice and comment.".
