Amend CSSB 1076 as follows:
      (1)  On page 1, lines 19 - 22, insert the following after the
comma that follows the word "offer":  "subject to all applicable
insurance laws of this state, including agent licensing
requirements and policy form requirements,".
      (2)  On page 1, lines 19 - 22, strike the following:  "if
agent licensing requirements and policy forms comply with the
applicable provisions of the Insurance Code and other insurance
laws of this state".
      (3)  On page 2, lines 31 - 34, insert the following after the
comma that follows the word "offer":  "subject to all applicable
insurance laws of this state, including agent licensing
requirements and policy form requirements,".
      (4)  On page 4, lines 31 - 34, strike the following:  "if
agent licensing requirements and policy forms comply with the
applicable provisions of the Insurance Code and other insurance
laws of this state".
